Nanny Caddie is an anagram of ‘Céin and Andy’. We're two best friends who have been collaborating for over 20 years since meeting at Bournemouth University. Together we make warm, good hearted comedy, drama and entertainment with a purpose.

We've become notable in British television as co-writers and creators, developing original concepts and directing and editing them, respectively. Including the cult scripted comedy series TOP COPPERS (BBC), SEXY MURDER (BBC) and LAW MAN (C4), alongside a number of projects in active development.

Céin (left) hails from The Black Country in the West Midlands and is an established series director working across both scripted and unscripted TV; largely in scripted comedy and comedy entertainment. His individual credits include HORRIBLE HISTORIES (BBC), GAMESMASTER (E4), MADE IN CHELSEA (E4), PICKLE STORM (BBC), ANDY AND THE BAND (BBC) and the new Horrible Histories spinoff HORRIBLE SCIENCE (BBC).

Most recently Céin series directed THE ASSEMBLY (ITV), the new groundbreaking neurodivergent and learning disabled-led interview series for ITV.

Andy (right) hails from Margate in Kent and is a highly sought after and renowned scripted comedy and entertainment editor. Recent individual editing credits include SMOGGIE QUEENS (BBC), HERE WE GO (BBC), AVOIDANCE (BBC), GAMESMASTER (E4), TRYING (Apple) and the highly anticipated FRANCIS BOURGEOIS: ROCKET MAN (C4).

 

Their next collaborative project and the first under Nanny Caddie is comedy entertainment single PLAY TIME for ITV.
